Villa Delfina is a stunning haven of luxury located within the exclusive Peter Bay Estates on the northshore of St. John. The villa offers expansive glass slider doors and screens that disappear into the walls providing unobstructed views. This design provides true Caribbean indoor-outdoor living with the cooling and soothing island trade winds. A circular patio is located just beyond the indoor sitting area and furnished with overstuffed wicker chairs and ottomans making it the ideal spot for sunset cocktails. On the other side of the swimming pool, there is a shaded wet bar area complete with mini-fridge. A powder room, hot tub and small grassy lawn area complete with hammock is located on this side of the pool, too. The gourmet kitchen offers striking granite countertops and adjoins the dining area which can easily accommodate up to 14 guests. Screened, French doors lead to the BBQ area nicely equipped with a stainless gas grill and outdoor dining table complete with umbrella providing the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

Just off the kitchen, an alcove offers a desk and DSL line for laptops, phone and Fax/printer as well as pantry and laundry room. An additional powder room is located down just a few steps. A hallway displaying photos of unspoiled St. John access two bedroom/bath suites. Once is called the Trunk Bay Suite and is done in crisp blue and white. The Leinster Bay Suite is decorated in striking tones of citron and black. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bath with tiled alfresco showers and a private covered and furnished balcony overlooking scenic Peter Bay. Each bedroom suite is, also, nicely equipped with TV, DVD player, DSL connection, bathrobes and even a mini-fridge complete with coffeemaker. Between the two bedroom suites is a totally screened lanai, a quite sitting area complete with a TV and DVD player and views of the villa's gardens and majestic trees. Located on another level, via a short staircase, is the palatial and very private master bedroom suite. A balcony above the view provides intimate seclusion.

Both the sitting area and mahogany four poster king sized bed are set on gleaming rosewood wide-plank floors. The decadent master bath features a stunning onyx countertop, two mothers of pearl sinks and bidet. The fully tiled alfresco shower is large enough for two and looks out to a lush grove of trees. Located between the villa's main level and the entertainment level are two additional bedroom/bath suites connected by an open air sitting area which is bordered by brilliant gardens and a small lawn area. The Bordeaux Suite is outfitted with a queen sized, romantic four poster bed and done in cool, soft greens. The Coral Bay Suite offers a king sized four poster bed and is equally as sumptuous. Both of these bedroom suites is nicely equipped with private bath with tiled alfresco showers and covered private balconies. Additionally, both suites offer TV and DVD player, DSL connection, bathrobes and mini-fridge with coffeemaker.

The villa offers outstanding entertainment opportunities on the villa's lowest level. The main area offers a pool table, a large wet bar constructed of native blue bit stone and granite as well as barstools, mini-fridge, ice-maker and TV. Additionally, there is a full bath complete with shower. Screened pocket doors open to an expansive wrap around balcony which adjoins a media room. The media room provides comfortable seating as well as a 50 inch flat screen TV and DVD player as well as an extensive collection of movies and music. The area, also, offers a variety of board games. Next to the media room, there is an additional entertainment alcove which offers an Xbox as well as electronic dartboard, pinball machine and TV and DVD player. The area, also, offers a treadmill for those who want to keep their exercise routine.

Additionally, there is even a double twin sized trundle bed in this area. The Delfina villa was meticulously constructed over a four year period and is stylishly appointed.
