This villa is one of the best values in St. John. As an owner of this company, I have seen our entire collection and this villa is an amazing deal.

Recently spent a week at this villa with the Burlngame party. The house and facilities were wonderful and this being our 4th trip there, this was the best rental to date. It is faily new and pristine. It was a fantastic value for the money however. Especially enjoyed was the modern up-to-date kitchen and cooking there was a dream.
Watch out for the pool!!

As everyone else has pointed out, this villa is newly refurbished with a great kitchen and nicely decorated bedrooms. It's near town, and the price is great. But let me point out a downside or two....you can't use the pool: both of my children got eye infections and rashes from one day in the water--and the man sent to attend to the pool water explained that he "could never get the balance right." So we never went in again. There is also no phone, so make sure your cell works in St. John! And there is construction happening all around this villa--next door, across the salt pond. It wasn't horribly noisy, but it also wasn't so scenic. That said, it's still a pleasant house.
Very Nice Villa

We rented this villa in February. Villa is new and roomy, decorated very nicely with modern appliances in the kitchen. Pool is small and the view could be a bit more unobstruced. Beach is not easy to find, but once you find it, it is a beautiful little pocket beach with boats anchored.
Great House

Four friends and I rented this house in June and were quite pleased for the price. The house itseld was plenty spaciuous for us, the ocean views were great (Even with the "Chocolate hole" below)
The bedrooms were all pretty much master bedrooms and each had a balcony with view. The huge showers were great!
The pool was small but adequate. The location as it was just a fiev minute drice to town. The walkbale beach is not swimmable but very pretty!
Why the name change???

Our party of 6 stayed ( or attempted to stay) at this villa in July 2006. Unfortunately, the living room, and two of the 4 bedrooms flooded during some pretty heavy evening showers. We also had a real problem keeping the water running to the house. We were actually told by management to go to the basement to reset the electrical switch on the pumps to keep it going. Although the views and the villa itself were terrific, we ended up being moved to a nicer villa to accomodate us for our troubles. We did lose an entire day of our vacation due this move. I will admit management did try to fix the problems, but it was just too difficult a situation to fix overnight. If the leakage from the balconies and pump problems have not been addressed, I would definetely say stay away.
