Island Sun is a stunning villa nestled in the National Park area of Estate Catherineberg. The home is located 800 feet above Cinnamon Bay on the North Shore and provides sweeping and dramatic views of the Caribbean, the north shore beaches, the British Virgin Islands and the Sir Francis Drake Channel. The historic Catherineberg sugar mill ruins are but a short walk away.
The home has an open living design that provides an array of spacious and private living areas, including two outdoor terraces, a covered verandah, and indoor and outdoor dining rooms. Comfortable seating provides the setting to enjoy the views.
The home has a gourmet kitchen and an elegant dining area.
There are four similarly sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The bedrooms are located on three different levels and each features a king sized bed and private balcony. One of the bedrooms may be changed from a king to two twins, if desired.
A 10' x 25' heated swimming pool catches the sun all day long and there is, also, an octagonal shaped hot tub overlooking the ocean. A hammock perfect for afternoon siestas is a welcome hideaway.
