Description
La Bella Vita is situated high atop a hill in the Virgin Grand Estates, above the Westin Beach Resort. The home overlooks beautiful Great Cruz Bay and offers sunset views year round with its west facing view. Panoramic vistas of the Caribbean Sea, 14 islands and the numerous cays may be enjoyed from this magnificent home.
Cool and constant trade winds and ceiling fans throughout the home add to the ambiance. The interiors feature tiled floors, arched doorways, carved four-poster beds and tasteful furnishings. The living area is complete with a media center and there is a gourmet kitchen designed by a professional chef.
The home offers four equal sized, air-conditioned bedrooms (with ceiling fans & screens, too). Built on two levels, two of the bedrooms are located on the main level and two are on the lower level. All of the bedrooms are set apart offering maximum privacy for couples or a family. Three of the bedrooms feature luxurious king sized 4 poster beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds which may be converted into a king, if desired.
Outside, there is an impressive island stone outdoor bar and private infinity styled swimming pool.
As darkness falls, the twinkling lights of nearby St. Thomas dance across the water.
