Latitude is an upscale home located on the south side of St. John, directly above Klein Bay. It boasts stunning views of Rendezvous Bay and Ditliff Point and is just a 10 minute drive to quaint Cruz Bay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with full time residents and other vacation villa rentals.
The interiors offer custom mahogany built-in furniture and cabinets, granite countertops, native stonework and other architectural details that reflect the quality and style designed into this lovely villa.
Latitude's layout encourages easy conversation and movement between the pool, deck, outdoor covered areas and great room-really indoor/outdoor living and dining. The expansive great room is appropriate for formal entertaining or just simple casual living. A graceful marble-top dining table seats 8 guests.
The home features three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, en-suite baths and large windows with grand views. All three en-suite baths have double sink vanities, walk in showers and double mahogany closets.
The master suite has a queen sized bed and is decorated with bright colors. It offers expansive views of Klein Bay and French doors open directly onto the poolside deck. The large shower in the master bath has two showerheads and it even has a view.
A second bedroom is located west of the pool and outdoor dining area and features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom (king or twins-guest's option) is located on the second floor and has its own circular deck area.
An open-air gazebo provides a haven where the views, privacy and peace and quiet are unparalleled. Indeed, guests can gaze at the pelicans and ever present surf that serve as gentle reminders of just how fine life is at Klein Bay.
A sparkling private swimming pool completes the fantasy.
The home is located just a one-minute walk from the secluded cobble beach below that offers exceptional snorkeling on either side of the protected bay where the rocks and coral reefs harbor a colorful array of fish.
