It boasts stunning views of Rendezvous Bay and Ditliff Point and is just a 10 minute drive to quaint Cruz Bay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with full time residents and other vacation villa rentals.

The interiors offer custom mahogany built-in furniture and cabinets, granite countertops, native stonework and other architectural details that reflect the quality and style designed into this lovely villa.

A second bedroom is located west of the pool and outdoor dining area and features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom (king or twins-guest's option) is located on the second floor and has its own circular deck area.
