Sea Blossom is a 3.5 bedroom/3-bath villa located just inside Fish Bay on St. John's south shore. It has the feeling of a Caribbean-style home with the amenities guests expect - a/c in the bedrooms, very private swimming pool, and easy paved road access. Perfect for families for that "island escape".
The gate to Sea blossom leads from the driveway to both the sweet Master Bedroom Cabana on the left and the Main House on the right. Steps lead directly to the pool level to cool off after a long day in the sun. Up the short staircase, colorful Sea Blossom opens up before you. The main house is to the right and the separate master guest suite is to the left. Sea Blossom - a surprisingly serene and comfortable family villa on the south shore at a great price! Just minutes from the Reef Bay beach trail.
Tucked in a corner of the main house, a complete kitchen stands ready, with all the amenities you expect - dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, etc.
The dining room comfortably seats six overlooking nice water views. Or, dine on the covered porch or under an umbrella on the pool deck below.
The shaded upstairs porch is perfect for early morning coffee and breakfast. It's got plenty of seating and a beautiful view of serene Fish Bay.
The living room is a great spot to gather at night when enjoying a favorite video. Behind the couch, a stairway leads to the villa's lower level.
Central to the villa, Sea Blossom's swimming pool is surprisingly deep (5ft) and large enough for everyone to have fun (10X 10). There is plenty of sunning areas on the large deck too. Too hot in the sun? There are always shady areas at Sea Blossom where you can read a book or enjoy a cool drink without worrying about sunburn.
The upper floor of the main house has an air conditioned bedroom with a queen bed. An adjacent bathroom can be also used by guests in the living room.
Downstairs, this spacious bedroom has sliders to the pool deck, a queen sized bed. Families will love the bonus room next door.
That bonus bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for singles or small children. For child safety, direct access to the pool is via a door latch located where small hands can't reach.
The colorful lower level bathroom includes a tub, which is rare for St. John and wonderful for families with children!
The master bedroom at Sea Blossom is located in it's own Master Cabana overlooking the swimming pool area. There's a queen-sized bed and direct access from the main entrance of the villa.
This air conditioned suite has it's own wet-bar and microwave area and an adjoining full bath. A clever counter extension lifts up from the side to give you plenty of room to prepare midnight snacks.
Privacy, convenience, family fun, thoughtful amenities - these are a few of the reasons why Sea Blossom is fast becoming a favorite for visitors to St. John!
Make Sea Blossom your home for your next visit to St. John.

The beds were not comfortable, the pool light and one deck light were broken. Some screens were ripped which allowed some insects to get into the house. All in all, the house was fine but with those improvements it would be much better.

Great place!

We loved walking in and having everything we needed - even the light switches were labeled! The info for us about where to go and eat and what to see in the area was very informative. We liked being met at the dock with our car and a guide to the villa; we needed a guide, for sure! We were surprised housecleaning wasn't included in an 8-day stay; we needed clean sheets and floors but didn't want to do it ourselves on vacation! We were also surprised by the bug bites we received in the house at night while playing games; we should have used bug repellent! Again, we were glad the home was so well supplied with what we needed - the coolers and beach chairs and beach towels were invaluable! It was a great stay and we'd recommend it to others who don't mind the drive into town and to the North Shore beaches. A great trip!

Very pleased; did not want to leave! Good deal; quiet. Very positive. Welcoming gifts of food/snacks was an unexpected treat and a help since we came in late. Greeter Brenda was wonderful. Another plus was the great beach chairs and towels we could take to the beach. All the details were thought of for the guest.

Seablossom - great deal for the price!!!!

Seablossom was an exceptional villa for the size and price compared to other villas I saw on the internet. The pool was great, sun for most of the day. The large grill easily prepared a full meal for 6 people. There was plenty of privacy with the 2 rooms in the main building being on separate floors and the third bedroom in a separate building. It was not really close to the water, but the view from the living room was really nice. The living room had a comfy couch.
The only complaint I had was that the ceiling in the master bedroom in the main building was open to the rest of the house, so it didn't get as cool as the other bedrooms, but it would cool off in the evening. Otherwise it was a very nice villa.

Enjoyed the stay and the property was great. It took a while to cool off inside due to being on the south side of the island. I would come back.

Sea Blossom was just as we expected: a delightful,if slightly compact, villa with a good mix of indoor and outdoor living space. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and everything was well-maintained and in good working order. Sea Blossom was one of the best stocked villas we have enjoyed, from the kitchen to the pool to supplies for the beach, including some great beach chairs and coolers. The owners have clearly gone out of their way to make their guests feel at home. The kids really appreciated the new flat panel TV and the DSL wireless connection. I have only one complaint: the beds were comfortable but very noisy, so our sleep was a bit disrupted. Families travelling with young children should be aware that the pool has no shallow 's about seven feet deep all the way around. Not a problem for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Blossom. Viva staff was professional and helpful throughout. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Away from the Crowds and Noise

We loved comming home to our little island oasis every evening. Our children loved playing in the pool after a long day at the beach. The area where the house is located is clean and private, and although you could hear neighbors, you could not really see them. The only issue we had was the mattresses in the master bedroom and guest cottage were a bit on the saggy in the middle side. Other than that, I wouldn't mind returning on a regular basis. A big thank you to the homeowners for providing us with such a beautiful home to enjoy with our family and friends!
