This brand new villa was completed in 2008. It has stunning sunset views of St Thomas and Great Cruz Bay. This modern home that goes by the name "Soul Island" features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Marble flooring and 2 story wood ceilings add to the Caribbean feel that flows thought this gorgeous home. No expense was sparred including redwood doors to create this tropical paradise.
The house features 4 separate bedrooms with their own baths and HD flat screen TV's with DVD players. The 2 masters have 4 poster beds and tempurpedic mattress's . The 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed and the 4th features 2 twin sleigh beds with trundles allowing 4 to sleep comfortable.
The home sleeps up to 15 with 2 queen and 1 twin pullout couches and day bed. There is 2 separate living rooms with HD flat screen TV's and PlayStation for the kids. We also have a ping pong table that hides away when not using it. The lower level family room is right off the pool deck and has a it's own refrigerator and plenty of seating lending itself to entertainment. We are kid friendly and have lots of extra things for the little ones.
There is a huge pool and a hub tub on the balcony. Large double loungers make sunbathing even more comfortable, while surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers and pristine landscaping. The sound system has speakers outside around the balcony and pool. The house is extremely private with not many neighbors close.
