Villa Panache is an elegant five bedroom villa in Estate Rendezvous, a private enclave of luxury homes about four miles from Cruz Bay, St. John. Nestled high above Rendezvous Bay in the tropical countryside, this fully air conditioned villa enjoys a spectacular 180 degree view of the Caribbean, the bays of St. John's South Shore with the island of St. Croix shimmering on the distant horizon.
Coming in March 2006 - A complete additional apartment with a sixth bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bath on the lower level.
An example of tropical architecture at its best, Villa Panache is a blend of creamy pink stucco walls, terra-cotta roof tiles and Mexican tile floors, surrounded by colorful ever-blooming bougainvillea and an abundance of other tropical plants. The design affords unobstructed views of the crystal clear Caribbean waters from every nook and cranny.
The center of attention indoors is the great room, a unique hexagonal shaped room with high ceilings and oversized mahogany doors opening onto the terrace. The great room is beautifully furnished and offers a sitting area and formal dining area.
The new gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream - with a six burner gas cook top, double oven, oversize refrigerator and all cooking amenities. Set off from the great room by a gorgeous granite peninsula with generous workspace - it is the perfect place for serious cooking or casual dining.
Adjacent to the great room is the spacious master bed and bath suite with its own sitting room that converts to an additional bedroom with its own private bath. A few steps across the patio is a two story bedroom complex offering three bedrooms, each with a private bath and private balcony for enjoying the breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset.
The villa features a 30 foot heated swimming pool with a shaded gazebo and an expansive 80 foot terrace furnished with comfortable lounge furniture.
