Watercliff is a secluded villa located just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Perched above the water and set amongst the luxury villas in Azure Bay Estates, this cliff side villa offers fabulous sunsets and unparalleled views of outlying islands, the Caribbean Sea and the sparkling nighttime views of nearby St. Thomas. Indeed, the seductive sound of the sea on the rocks below is intoxicating.
Entrance to the villa is through the majestic columned entry overlooking the pool, palm courtyard and sapphire waters below.
Quality craftsmanship, innovative architecture, and lush landscaping abound at Watercliff. The interiors feature cool tiled floors and rattan furnishings. A spacious Great Room boasts a cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and substantial dining area providing a wonderful area for gracious entertaining. Large 20-foot sliding glass doors open onto a wrap around covered deck with comfortable seating and a pleasant outdoor dining area.
Each of the four bedrooms has spectacular unobstructed views yet offer total privacy. The bedrooms, also, have their own private bath, outdoor shower, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms is a separate, self-contained apartment with a full kitchen. From the covered bedroom decks, guests can lose themselves in the shining views and soothing sounds of the sea.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool.
